Bowl Leader
4 oz shrimp
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt (or to your liking)
1 tsp pepper (or to your liking)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set the side for around 10 mins
3 eggs
1 tsp salt (or to your liking)
1 tsp pepper (or to your liking)
I tsp Cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water mixed together)
I sliced scallion (green onion)
Mix these ingredients together and set to the side
Cook shrimp until done in 1 tsp of sesame oil. Remove and combined into bowl with egg mixture.
Pour eggs and shrimp into an pan with a little sesame oil and cook omelette on both sides for about 3 mins medium heat.
Serve with condiments of your choice. I like to have it with chili garlic paste.
