I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy
Had a real wild night lol

Massive yay.
Could they rip off siggi’s any harder?
Also massive yay. Will probably bite their steez on a project sooner or later.
I loved how they teased the rebrand under their lids a week before it happened. As a non ad guy, not sure I would've cared but as an AD it was nice to look forward to.
I really love it! It’s such a nice change from “being trendy.” Just feels classic and friendly 👍🏻
I like the packaging and new type treatment. Some of the illustration style is nice but the problem is that there are too many conflicting styles. Watercolor vs oil painting vs flat vector. The mood board was probably a hodgepodge of Refinery29 + Toilet Paper mag still life with a touch of Gather. A bit of focus would have been cool.
It feels like great spec work finally made it through to a client...but now it doesn't feel like "Greek" yogurt and I didn't realize how much I liked that.
I agree with OP on the first comment. The logo looks nice but doesn’t seem to fit the category and product. But the imagery and Benefits guide (seen on Underconsideration) looks great. I’m torn.
AD2: the tease definitely helped the ease into it. It's cute, and definitely appealing, but it feel more...regular yogurt. Not Greek yogurt. Reminds me of that Swedish brand. Stig ?
Yep, and Peter Mcguinness would still stroll in acting like they cracked the Rosetta Stone. Please. They aren’t doing anything crazy. It’s hipster health food packaging. It’s supposed to be rustic. Good job 👏
It feels organic and...yogurt-y. It doesn't scream Greek, but I think there might be enough general knowledge of the brand that it doesn't need to be as obvious about it. They only do Greek yogurt, right? If they had a regular yogurt line as well, the "greekness" might still be necessary just so people could tell the difference. Yay packaging, still won't eat it tho.
But I'm not a huge fan of the rebrand.
Yayayyayyy
@op it’s done in house — right?
@DDB1: No idea tbh. Haven't researched too far into it yet.
I dig it
Yay
@srCW they can rip them off a lot harder if they wanted to.
Definite Yay
Nope. Not a fan.
