Thoughts on delaying KG vs risking repeating it? My son (4, Aug bday) has never been in school but is so ready. Because of covid he never had preschool and we were horrible about teaching him stuff. I’m afraid he will struggle bc most kids have been to preschool or daycare. Thoughts? Also worst case - is it a bug deal if he has to repeat KG (versus me holding him back and putting him in Montessori).

Reminiscing… I used to love the holidays because it was such a festive, flirty season living in NYC with all out office parties and then vacation time when I’d fly to Europe or wherever. Bu now it’s become so stressful as a working mom making sure all the presents are bought (kids, “Santa”, teachers), that Elf does something cute every night, researching fun holiday events for the kids, kids getting sick every other day, work deadlines all in the middle of it…I need some holiday magic for me 😭

If you switch from working on contract (W2) and go to FTE, what is the percentage decrease you anticipate? My guess was 10-15%

Between starting a new job virtually, moving in with my SO after living with friends, and the pandemic eliminating group social hangs, I really feel like my social circle is rapidly shrinking this year. I know things will get a little better post-COVID, though the anxious part of my brain worries since i feel like I’m losing touch with some people. But just feeling a little lonely. So…..my director has been in the position for a little over a year. We’ve been working our tails off and last quarter were informed of no bonuses. I understand that business is down and need to save money. The straw for us was a company holiday party. They completely forgot to have one and now taking us to a bar for drinks and appetizers. I am looking for some insight on multi embryo for IVF. I am going through my second cycle.
In my first cycle, there was one embryo that did not stick. There was some hcg identified in blood but progress was too slow and hcg hardly went over 8 in 21 days.
This cycle is have 5 fertilized eggs and if atleast two of them make it to day 5, then I am going to ask to have both of them implanted for IVF. Can anyone please share their experience with having multiple embryos implanted?
