Just got offered a job for 80k and yearly profit bonuses about 6-7% of salary. My salary now is 65 with bonuses around 4%. The new job is with a small company but fairly similar to what I do now. I have two dilemmas. ONE is that I have 3 more interviews early next week with larger companies that might offer more benefits. Is it ok to tell the one company I need more time? And TWO is if I do get offered positions at these other companies. Should I take them because they are a bigger company?

Hey! Has anyone else noticed how Facebook and a Instagram have updated the way we can boost posts? Before I would go into meta on a desktop and boost my Facebook post and was able to have it directed to both Facebook and Instagram. Now it does not let me boost it to Instagram. Also, with Instagram I boosted also through Meta business suite on a desktop and didn’t have to choose any “goals” just boosted for engagement. Now my ONLY options are website visits, profile visits or to get more messages

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Job base salary presented by HR during screening interview was $130-$145k. I have 3-5 years more experience and more education compared to the posting requirements (BA required, I have a MS). I am a skilled nursing facility biller and collector for Medicare & Insurance, my job can absolutely be remote but the company I work for refuses to allow employees to work remotely. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and am looking elsewhere to find the same position but remote so I can move out of state. Noticing that other companies don’t pay billers well, making me feel stuck. This job is a lot harder than people realize and feeling like I already don’t get paid enough. Any advice?

SALERY OF BIOMEDICAL TECHNICIAN

I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.
