I’m from Tech consulting. For the current week I didn’t get any project allocation and when I reported to the manager they said work with your leads and get some tasks. When I asked the leads they are like we don’t have any task right now. This will result in charging admin hours for me. Will this impact anything if it continues? YOE: 1.3

That anxious feeling when you’ve been putting off a non-urgent project, but now it’s become an embarrassingly long time (2+ months) because nobody has followed up in the interim to put some pressure on you… I need to finish it and face the music, but really not looking forward to it. I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. My office sent the bill a few days later, and client wrote my boss a very long, angry email claiming I gave her incompetent representation. My boss backed me 100%, but I haven’t been practicing very long, so it really stung. Anyone have advice on dealing with self doubt in these situations?
