Anyone have idea on the Marriott international project in Accenture?

In a meeting we a client, we were looking at a stock image of a smiling Black man holding a baseball bat while wearing a hoodie. The client comments that it’s the wrong way to hold a bat. Cool. But, then follows up and says, “Also, he just looks aggressive. Like, this person would definitely attack me and my family.” I was shocked. But, apparently, I was the only one. Because everyone else on the call laughed. They were all white except for my partner who is Mexican. But, he still chuckled.

Is it better to be a Business Data Analyst employee or to be contracted by a consulting company? I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ? Hey social peeps. Our agency is in real need of an influencer database so we can build consideration sets more quickly. Right now, we're basically using Google and Excel to do this.

I know some of these databases can get really expensive because they're baked into holistic campaign management software. I really want to avoid that...we're a 30 person agency and a $20k/month platform is prohibitive.
