I have 2 offers in hand one is CTS (16.3+ 70000) and HCL (19+3)
Hcl is pakka support project (operations) no chance of development. I am having 10 YOE and completely in development.

If your lead finds out they are trying to poach pre offer they will shut it down. Do not divulge until offer is in hand.
I. Really disagree with these comments. I can almost assure you there is an anti-poaching clause that has to be addressed legally before an offer is made. You’ll find that any decent leader knows this is very good for them to have allies embedded in the client, and they will almost always waive the anti-poaching clause in the MSA. Transparency is your friend. Talk to the client about how before an offer is made you would like to make sure you’re clear if any anti-poaching clauses and discuss with your leadership for approval
Make sure the offer is secure. Set up times with your lead, CC, practice lead if you have a relationship with them. Be complimentary / polite, let them know your timeline and commitment to make the handover work smoothly. Be prepared for the question, “what would need to be true for you to stay?"
Agreed on EY1, this is good for the consulting firm, get your ducks in order and then talk to your account and practice leads
Fed clients poach all the time
Make sure that there isnt a non poach clause in the MSA between acn and the client.
Then tell acn you love them and are now their buyer and that you are sure you two can work together well in the future
