You tack them onto invoices but only if u warned them in aforementioned contract that after “x” days it’s considered late and a late fee of “y” will apply. You can also send reminders as your net date, (ie 30 days) approaches. It’s not your responsibility but might be helpful.

Send future bills already marked up x % then offer a discount if paid under 30 days? Oddly My oil bill comes to me this way. $x. But you can short pay it by x% if I pay in under 15 days.

I use bonsai and it sends invoices with late fee language attached. Now what happens is that when it automatically sends the second invoice with the late fee applied, the client always just pays the original invoice. And I don’t press it over a couple hundred bucks.

A male colleague of mine, who just joined the team this week, has made inappropriate advancements towards me during a team event, touching my leg while talking to me and saying how pretty I am. Worst thing is he’s joining my project too… It’s a no brainer that this is unacceptable, but it’s the first time this happened to me in a work setting and I’m unsure how to handle it. What steps should I take first? Report to HR immediately or speak to my team’s partner first? Any advice is appreciated
