I need to get something off my chest. I am in a senior role in the company, mother and extreme professional. This senior partner one days calls me comment on my dressing sense that I need to dress more professional and appropriate. I am shocked and stunned. I am in my mid 30s, mother and professional. I never ever dress inappropriately. I asked him I don't understand the context here. A guy would have never received this kind of call. He goes "yes, there are double standards in the society for a women". Are you kidding me! Oh and by the way he couldn't notice I was working until midnight everyday to make the project successful. Give me your reactions please!!:)
