Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Looking for some expert opinions.

I recently requested Paid Family Leave. Still waiting for confirmation. But HR sent an email with employee handbook in email and asked to attest the receipt of it. It also talks about Arbitration policy - that nothing in employee handbook is intended to constitute a waiver of my or my firm’s right to compel arbitration of employment related disputes. I am an AVP Associate Client Manager at Marsh in Energy. 3 years experience in energy- total of 10 years experience in the insurance industry formerly HNW personal. I know it’s hard to gauge but what a fair salary, glass door has 80 to 100k could that really be right?? I feel like a fool. I’ve gotten raises by fighting for them including recent promotion to AVP.
