Client sent a call on 4am on Sat, can I firmly say no?

I got offer from IBM. My DOJ is December 14th 2022. I am a UI developer. i want to know what is the bench policy in IBM. Do we get projects. How will be the client interviews?

Advice needed: how do I tell my boss my team sucks? I switched jobs about 4 months ago and while I like my new clients and my manager, our team is the most unprofessional, unreliable, & incapable group of people I’ve ever worked with. They require constant micromanaging & there’s been times when I’ve had to do some of their tasks for them to avoid missing deadlines. I feel like I’m being set up for failure & clients aren’t very happy. How do I talk to my boss about this?

Is there any stable project in Brillio with less/no micro management and work life balance ?

How do you deal with a partner who critiques every little thing and is just a rude person. I am looking for suggestions beyond leaving the firm as I just lateraled, so that is not an option for me. Today, he messaged me on Jabber and said “next time, don’t tell the client we are scheduling a ‘call.’ Say ‘telephone call.’ It is important to be precise.” Besides stupid critiques, he is demeaning and demands I prioritize his work. Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. On top of that my knowledges and skills are doubted? Is this usual in consulting firm ? How should I deal with that ?

Back in November, my manager filed a written warning with HR about my performance. I disputed it with HR and could negate most it with documentation, but HR said it had to stay. That manager soon left the firm, but my new manager wouldn’t drop it either. I do my job every day and there haven’t been any issues in months. I can’t move to a new role in the firm because hiring managers can see this written warning. What should I do?

I’m a business analyst for a large scale custom system for a client. My goal is to pivot to being a Product Manager in industry. Would a scrum master certification help my resume or should I do an AWS one? Already have other agile certifications

My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.
