Client work feels like...

I’m a Manager at D for a GPS project and salary is 130 with bonus. Have a TS . I feel like I got low balled after reading other posts on here?

how does one make sure the client does not send out an RFP ? I am assuming once u build the level of trust with the client you make it all single sourced and keep the competition out.

Has any one ever successfully had a big 4 firm allow you to work a fixed 9-5 schedule (no overtime etc) and have it work successfully in client service? Like legit laptop closes for the day and your done.

Can someone share any leads for a Senior Project Manager (software development ) role in Toronto, ON. My contract ended with Capgemini for a major Canadian bank due to holidays.

Just had an interview with Comcast for a junior project manager and the pay is between 60-67k…. Does that sound too low?

What is a good ratio of billable hours to total hours?

Obviously the "ideal" is 100%, but as the junior attorney at a small firm, I'm do the guy taking all the prospective client cold calls, and it can seriously cut into my day.

My goal has been to spend at least 75% of my time on billable work. Reasonable?

I am a tester at level 10, working in a US project. We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing

Client wants to add a process where they can constantly see the copy character count in the stuff we submit. Any easy ways on doing this besides manually adding it?

Client issue - I’m on one of my client’s supervisor’s “bad list.” Our firm requires updates every 60-90 days. Rarely miss sending reports on time, but some of the clients request updates every 20-30 days. I try to respond timely, but don’t always, often will just send a reply saying I will have this for you within 1 week or ASAP. Since October, one of the supervisors for this company will periodically email the head of our department (not cc’ing me) and say they are missing reports. (Cont.)

Need to focus on sales pitch, presenting webinars and in general having a positive sales voice instead of a technical detail oriented one.
I've done toastmasters and I'm fine normally as an extrovert. But tend to panic and not do my best when it's a high stakes work related moment to clients. Internally at work with my office teams, I'm fine.
Not awful, but definitely room for improvement with regards to my public client facing persona.

Some of my ideas included:
