Cut back on spending and bills, you can quit and find something you like even if it’s less money

Agreed D1...started working on it...moving kid from private to public school for a while, shifting to suburbs...once I have a safety cushion, I will quit!!!

Agreed Deloitte 1 but remember- easy to adjust to rising incomes but not other way round.

D1 is right, if you are living month to month you need to cut back expenses or increase income to build a safety cushion. I have some investments that mean my family would be OK for a while if I lost my job. I can't tell you how psychologically liberating that is.

That’s why I left EY.

Ya I understand. It won’t be easy. I paid off all my student loans in 2017. It took a hit to my fun spending money. But I have no debt now, and it feels great. I keep a monthly budget on what I use my credit card for. It’s not fun, but once you get in a habit you won’t even notice anymore 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Can someone tell me how log loss values can be used to compare two classification models? I understand the concept of log loss value but I don't quite get how two models can be compared using this metric. Is it as easy as saying, all things equal, one that has a lower log loss value is a better model?

Anyone work for Sanofi? I withdrew an application for a position that I now wish I hadn't. I am trying to re-apply, but found that I am still under the withdraw application section. I can't figure out how to get it moved back so I could be under consideration. Any ideas? I have searched date website and can't find any way to contact anyone about this. @sanofi

Went to dinner with a group of friends I hadn’t seen in close to 2 years and my ex was going to be there (super awkward & these aren’t friends I see anymore either). He’d always wanted me to have bigger b00bs (I’m a D). I bought a DDD bra, stuffed it and confidently went to dinner to drop some jaws and break some necks. God it feels good to be a gangster

So tired of this. There needs to be more discussion about how much harder POC have it in the lgbtq world and how we are ironically and often treated like second class citizens within the community.

With the Salesforce acquisition are SF employees allowed to refer for Slack roles? Currently a senior analyst with 4 YOE looking to break into a branding role! Thanks in advance.

My specific situation: 4 years out of undergrad with Slalom, I like my job/coworkers and am making solid money but am starting to be qualified for interesting/lucrative exit ops. Not trying to grass-is-always-greener myself out of a good thing and I'm in no rush to leave, but how do I know when it's time to take advantage of other opportunities?
