This is so frustrating. 3rd Nov is my LWD and today is 4th day my HR gets a reminder mail auto generated (with me in cc) to conduct my exit interview so that I can proceed with clearance. And this nonsense fellow is not bothered to speak a word or do something.

He is delaying it on purpose I guess and wants me to trouble or suffer in some way.

I work in Dassault Systemes and have served pathetic 3 months of long notice period.🥲

What should I do so that I can get done with this ASAP?

Not exactly an exit opportunity, but has anyone had their people leader move to a Big Three consultancy and proceed to hire them to their team at that Big Three consultancy (or even generally had this sort of thing happen)?
