Co-Working Space Agreements - team is thinking about using some co-working space in a new market (similar to we work and Regus). Got the agreement today and it isn’t really a license, more like completely one sided terms and conditions not in our favor. No indemnification, insurance, etc. no guaranty of security or that no one else can access our private office (We aren’t looking for just a desk, but a private office suite). Has anyone had luck negotiating the terms of these agreements?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. My boss asked me how much time I need off for the bar exam (second juristiction). I told him I'd like to start really hammering down beginning of July. He was fine with that, but as far as being "gone" no one has said anything about me taking time off. The firm has unlimited vacation. Are they still going to pay me? Lol. I know this is very specific, but I'm curious what has been the case for others at firms with similar vacation rules.

Should you always negotiate salary? I told an employer what my salary range was and they offered the top range in the first round of negotiations? My total comp would be an additional 25% on top of salary. I’m elated about the offer but I’m concerned they’ll have doubts about me moving into a contract negotiation role if I don’t negotiate. Is this a valid concern or am I over thinking it?
