Don’t sit there wasting time trying to figure it out. Ask them both which direction you should go.
They need to be in the same room at once. Otherwise you’re screwed.
It’s fine. I am quitting. Haha
How efficient can it be to have two high paid people do the same job? Esp if they are giving conflicting feedback. 🤔 I would try to get them in the same room to align so you can keep working but I’ve tried that before with little luck so I hope you are able to make it happen!
They should really give me a portion of their salary for decoding their feedback
D5?
R/GA?
I’ll say this; we had two “deputy CCO’s” a year ago, now we have none and our global CCO has taken over with a single POV.
First advice - wait it out. Second advice - try to politely push them on their feedback / ask for more specifics whenever possible.
Did they let lego go?
Fire one of them.

Not energy bbdo I hope? 😮
Write an email chain outlining both of their feedback and highlight the contradictories and send to both to respond to. They can duke it out after.
Lol. Seen it all. CCOs (and above) trumping everyone under them, infighting between ECDs... on and on. Toxic sludge.
I always tell a co-CD that if we disagree we need to settle it away from the team(s), if your feedback isn’t a united front, it’s wishy-washy crap that sows distrust and insubordination.
I’m the type to just say: “this feedback is good but I’m required to run this by the other CCO as well and he completely disagrees with this feedback. My intuition is to go in this direction. How should we move forward to reach consensus.”
