Good morning. Looking for advice on salary negotiation. I am an Admin Coordinator at major NYC hospital (19years) with 23 years of admin experience, but no degree. Coordinator level positions at my hospital are considered management, however I am planning to relocate to Ga and I’m finding the salaries for this same position or office manager are almost$10K-12K less than I currently make. He asked me if he can switch from Mechanical to IT industry?
I said that it's possible to switch but you will have to work really hard and face many challenges. He said he is ready to give whatever it takes.
