I have joined coforge 3 days back.They have good projects.I am offered to work in project Emirates
This is not about the stereotyping , time tracking software is installed on each and every machine. It's not a project specific thing better cross verify with other people working in Coforge.
Secondly if a company is performing nice on balance sheet does it mean that it would be employee friendly also ?
Thirdly Coforge does not tell people that they would have to go through client round after joining the organization. These kind of things should be conveyed before an employee joins any organization.
On balance sheet yes Coforge is displaying humongous growth but the level of employee friendliness is going down simultaneously.
If someone is still doubtful then they can ask the HR with whom they are in contact to know if these things are happening there or not.

Correct, we cannot say do not join Coforge at any cost (as I see someone's comment). We cannot stereotypes things just bcs someone heard/have a bad experience with company.
You need to comsider many factors as well, like your domain, projects. Coforge is also a very good company with remarkable rise per year.
