I’m currently in school and on path for a Bachelors in Accounting. I would love a data entry job just to have some kind of experience once I graduate! I also would love to work from home. That being said, remote data entry jobs are hard to come by. The ones I’ve applied to on Indeed haven’t turned out and then I tried to go on CareerBuilder and ended up with what I’m assuming is a scam but I’m trying to look into it. Where do I go from here?

I recently made the switch to a fully remote Sr IA role. As a new hire, my manager asked me to come up with some measurable and quantifiable performance goals for the next 6 months, as well as a stretch goal. Does anyone have any suggestions? I appreciate the help.

Are there remote Big Law jobs out there? I live in a smaller Florida market.

Is it possible for someone with 5 years experience primarily in ID (including complex excess and high value cases) to move into a Big Law role? Any advice to do this?

When talking about an offer as a Tech PM what should I expect for pay range, sign on bonus and stock? Can you negotiate for more or is this a flat offer? Also I hear if you 100% remote they also consider region in pay as well?

Recruiter told me that my interview performance was good, but they think that a new role might be a better fit for me. Same title but different focus area. Was told that the hiring team is working on the headcount issue, and this does not mean I am not being considered for the first role. Am I a back up to them or being dinged already?

Currently an A2 in GPS (up for promotion) and I know I will be rated exceptional this year (2nd year end). I was not exceptional as an A1 but fingers crossed I will be exceptional as a C1. Was interviewing for an IBM PM(offering manager) - GTM offer for the Boston area and after three rounds of positive interviews, the recruiter told me they are now evaluating the position.

Informed me that if they move forward with the role, I’ll get the job so want to know if IBM is hiring or is there a freeze.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

In a conundrum. Started a new Senior CW job with 10+ yrs experience. The other writer on the team was promoted to Lead CW soon afterward. I discovered they have very little copy and leadership experience. I’ve tried to keep an open mind, but it’s created an awkward dynamic in which I have to manage upward frequently. Worse, this person is actively keeping me out of meetings and presentations. How do I bring this up with our new CD in a productive way without causing drama?
