Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

Guys please suggest what should I do?

Anyone have advice on how to get their adult rescue dog to like (or even tolerate) a carrier or doggy tote bag? He hates anything “confining” including harnesses, bandanas, blankets, and hugs. What is a normal pay cut to go in house? For reference, I am a 5th year corporate associate making approx 250k base salary. I was just offered 180k base salary. Is it unreasonable to expect to be around my current rate which is “market” for my city? I don’t care about bonus or equity but know that companies place more value on those - my lifestyle/current expenses (this is short term - working on a big Reno) a higher salary so I’m trying to decide if it’s feasible right now or if I should wait.

My firm does not do any securities work, but we have a client who needs assistance with an SEC filing (Form D) so we are using a service company to assist with the filing. There are investors in two other states so we have to file the Form D in those states to comply with blue sky laws. Is it typical to use the service company for those state filings too? Is it easy enough to do on our own? Thanks!
