My VP keeps asking for next year’s roadmap but every week wants it formatted differently and it’s driving me crazy. They don’t seem to know what they want and I have so much else to do than tweak the layout and colors and notations a few times each week. When I’ve asked what format and level of info the CTO prefers, my VP says they don’t know and I need to be okay with ambiguity. I’m losing any patience and good will I had.

My salary is very low as per 10 yoe which is 20 LPA.I asked my managers to increase my salary as per market standard till 25lpa. They said talk is going on with HR as like me there are multiple employees who are not satisfied with yearly hike, but for sure they will give and it won't take much time. Do you think I should trust them and start looking outside. Here wlb is good which was my priority. Deloitte EY Barclays Deutsche Bank
