I expecting to receive an offer letter this afternoon and to walkthrough it with the hiring managers. I will also have a phone call with HR later this week for any additional questions. I gave my expected salary range (pretty wide and aggressive) during the interview process but haven’t talked specifics. I assume negotiations happen with HR instead of the hiring manager? What roles would a generalist tech consultant (3.5 YoE) apply for at a top tech company? I’m not a dev, and mainly have done tech strategy in the analytics space cross industry and PMO work.
