Instead of writing an email three screen scrolls long, just refine the thought process, get a 15 minute slot and nail it.

WWYD? I have always wanted to move to Park City UT, and my parents would like to have a vacation property there. Recently they approached me with an offer to go 50-50 on a $1.3M 3BD/3BA in Park City.
