How is Oracle Functional role at Deloitte USI ?
McKinsey & Company Currently interviewing with McKinsey & Company and I have 2 questions:
1. Is anyone a part of the Digital Practice (specifically an Integrative Consultant)? Would love to speak with you.
2. When compensation is labeled non-negotiable, is it hard locked or can it actually be negotiated? (may be a dumb question, but wanted to ask)

Take the time to reconnect with your network. Coffee, lunch, zoom catch up. It will make sure people know you are back and will make you feel better to get a warm welcome.

Welcome back! “Slow and steady” as you ease back into it. My advice would be to use this time to network with people to rebuild your relationships at work and also to see what exciting things are out there at the firm that you may want to try out (e.g. projects in new industries, business initiatives, BRGs) so you can get acclimated again. It’s a good time to go at your own pace because once you’re back on a project it can get hectic and you may not have time to dedicate to those other things.
