I have an interview for an AM position at a prop tech company. It’s my first AM role after doing sales. Is it common for AM’s to not receive any further compensation outside of their basic salary (so no commissions, bonuses or equity).

My Last working date at Wipro is 12th of june 2022, So How tax will be calculated for the financial year 2022-2023. My CTC is 8.4L
I will be working only 3 months for this financial year and in April month payslip i can see 6K deducted for tax and in the IT projection it shows around 30k tax deduction gonna happen. I will be joining another Firm in same june month

I’ll likely have an interview early next week. The recruiter says it’ll be an introductory call with the co-lead of the firm’s privacy practice group, planning for 30 min or so. I’m a third year and this would be my first lateral so looking for advice on what I should know or ask for during the interview. Will also have a prep call with the recruiter so any tips on what to cover with them would be helpful, too.

For those with company equity or unit incentive programs, is it common to forfeit vested equity upon voluntary departure? Explained as a “retention tool” but essentially held captive by a payout since the contract says equity doesn’t fully vest at 100% until the company is resold. If I quit at any time before a sale date, I lose all of the equity that has already vested. This was offered to a few employees in leadership but feels like not that great of a deal to me.
