I’d kill to be at a BB, but I’m not at KPMG anymore or big 4 for that matter.

That gap is too large. Go 150k. Prestige doesn’t pay your bills.

The 110 is with 70% bonus and the 150 is with 100% bonus

Associate 100%.

Honestly, I’d go do M&A finance at a tech company.

There are M&A finance roles specifically but could also look for corporate development analyst roles.

Come do tech M&A at SVB

Is that what you switched to? Can I get the elevator pitch?

I nailed the technical interview, and now have an interview dedicated to what kind of manager I am tomorrow. I'm really nervous as they will be asking questions over my communication style, talent development, collaboration, facilitating team engagement... any tips on how to approach these? I'm kind of scared to answer truthfully as I am a very laid back manager that is not a micromanager so don't want them to think I'm too casual for this position. I also have done very little hiring.
