URGENT: Received a job offer and signed and wasn’t expecting my current company to counter. Are you able to back out of a job offer a day after signing?

Trying to move from manager to director of a team that I’ve grown over the last 14 years. It’s a very small team, but impacts almost every deal the company makes.

I’m concerned they’ll say the salary bump I want (25%) is too high, however I see comparable roles with other companies for $175 - 200k.

I’m at $120k, asking for $150k.

Any suggestions to help make my argument, or does this salary even make sense???

I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? I have put down my papers already.

I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.

I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true? Because i am little bit stresseful that permanent wfh options may be very hectic. Kindly guide me in this regards.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

Where to send this I'd card. Outlook mail is all time down and HR is not properly responding.

I have completed 1 year at TCS as a Asst System engineer . I have been assigned SAP project. That is not relevant to what I have studied in my curriculum. I have made projects on django, spring boot and data analytics. I want to switch to better organization working on development with latest technology. But i am not able to give time for my preparation, as i am working on dev project, it eats my day. I am feeling stuck and helpless working on SAP. Can anyone suggest me approch to deal with it

I have an offer letter from Accenture for CTC 13.3 lac of which 11Lac is fixed. I am asking 13 lac fixed from TCS but they are saying they can only match the offer.

Should I try to re - negotiate ?
