How does cognizant takes for project allocation?
Thoughts on Angelo Gordon( comp. Culture)
Hey Googlers, Iโm going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that theyโll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google
Alvarez & Marsal Can anyone share comp projections(salary, bonus, and potential signing bonus) for corporate performance improvement team? Specifically looking at ERP Advisory at A&M. Have 5 yoe in erp implementations and am thinking Iโd come in as a senior associate. TIA

Full WLB hai bro ๐๐ตโ๐ซ
Depend on you project and client
Culture is good. No micromanagement. Pretty chilled out. WLB is also good. Once office resumes that might take a hit as 10 hr working hr needs to be maintained. Job security is fine.
Thank you๐
Tension mat le. It's good inside
Okay๐
Don't pay heed to rumours about Cognizant. It's a good org with wlb. It is the fact that recently attrition is high but that is not a problem. Everything will be fine. Though recently I left Cognizant and joined other org but be assured it's a good org to join. I have worked in many projects in my 8 years span. Everything depends on project friend. Here you can learn grow and also have onsite opportunity.
Culture is pretty good. Work life balance is also good.
It depends on project. In my project the wlb is not that great. But many of my friends in other projects have a very chilled out life, they work for 6-8 hrs a day at a max.
So this cannot be answered very specifically.
