Does Amazon offer remote position for L4 Software Engineer? I interviewed for L5 remote Software Engineer position but they offered me L4 and said that there is no remote for now. Is there any possibility of getting remote position within 3 months?

I asked my husband to please use a table cloth when he uses that table for d&d with his friends to avoid scratches and the loud dice on the table. He got upset that I "don't let him enjoy our stuff," that I "hate the sound of him having fun," and he says I am being unreasonable. In my offer letter from ibm they have given a wrong joining date, but then I have requested to change it as I have 90 days notice period. But they have updated the joining date by mail communication, not in the offer letter. Will that be a problem for me in near future as the date mentioned in the offer letter is not same as my DOJ?

I have two questions :
1) What is the maximum CTC i can negotiate for band 7B ?
2) How is SAP Successfactor practice in IBM ? Are there any good projects?
