It is a terrible state. I am appalled at the manner recruitment is being conducted and the background verification is being done. I understand no company would like to recruit someone who has a fake certificate of experience. But what about the lack of understanding the recruiters have for any particular field. Sometimes the company relies on incompetent internal team who tend to reject candidates as they are unable to understand the expertise of a candidate. I feel sorry for you Accenture.

Try to get contract work first, then once you have a few proven references, you can look for a full time job. The market is too competitive to consider someone who isn't currently working. Too much risk for them to take on that they don't have to do when there are people who currently have jobs and haven't been laid off or fired. Recruiters just assume you were fired or laid off (lowest performing 20%) if you are unemployed so they will just toss your resume immediately.
Might not entirely be the issue for you but if there are a lot of applicants this could be enough to eliminate you - your English skills come across very poor (spelling/grammar) in your post, so maybe have your resume/cover letter reviewed to make sure there aren’t any little mistakes in there as well.
