TFW Powerpoint crashes 😭
I wouldn’t worry too much about it yet. Most of these things have to be processed somewhat manually since it’s a payment to a non-employee. Give it 30 days before you start escalating
I did the same, got a check about a month after for the expenses
2-3 weeks is normal wait
I did the same couple years back. Got my check 4 weeks after declining the offer.
Most companies only reimburse in a way aligned with their twice monthly payroll cycles, and out of pocket expenses may take longer (e.g., you might submit it on the 10th but not be reimbursed via payroll until the 30th). Plus they need to send you a check since you’re not an employee, which takes more time.
I would assume they’ll reimburse but i wouldn’t be shocked if it takes 2-3 more weeks if the check’s not already mailed.
I got offered the job and then turned it down. What should I do here?
They’ll reimburse you more than likely.
Waiting a week for reimbursed expenses is nothing
