I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

Yes… and consider a Plan B if Plan A doesn’t work out. Best of luck to ya!
Yes. If you don’t mind me asking what is current contract and what do you think you will ask for. Have a similar situation so would love some frame of reference

It sure sounds like it title wise. Weird that they wouldnt discuss something that huge with you.
If its a big increase in day to day stuff for you to do (honestly, if youre honest), then definitely.
Definitely do that.
Make sure there is a noticeable and most importantly measurable increase in workload before doing so. Since it’s a restructure, your old duties may be decreased to allow for newly increased duties or of the three new markets you’ll be working on, two may have little to no budgets and only do work every couple of years. I for example have a client that’s in six different markets but three of them don’t have budget so it’s literally swapping out contact info in the executions. On the other hand I have a client that’s in 15 different markets with eight of them being completely different languages and cultural rules which eats up loads of time. If you haven’t done this type of work before it’s fantastic to have on a resume. Opens you up to way more lucrative roles.
A must.

Yep. Was tried on me once with no mention of pay increase. So I had to push for it.
Without question. 👏
Yes.
100%.
The assumption is that your day to day duties will pick up. If so, it’s a must.
Absolutely!

Does a bear shit in the woods? Is the pope catholic? The answer to these questions is the same answer to your question.
And the answer is, yes.
Yes, and assuming your contract is written to your current job, you have a legal basis to have this discussion. You should request a new contract that encompasses your new responsibilities and compensation should be a part of this discussion. Good luck.
Yes
It's a significant title change; the answer is, you must!
Absolutely. And hey, congrats on the promotion
