It’s been a rough couple months professionally for my boyfriend. The job he was at got to be toxic and draining, so was interviewing trying to get a new job, then he finally had an offer and was interviewing with another firm too. The one that gave him the offer only raised his salary by 6k - he was at a nonprofit so was already not making very much. The other company would have been giving him 95k, guaranteed raises, etc. Realistically it was the type of role that would have truly changed..

Running an 18 month program for a client - it’s been going very well. A few months ago there were some leadership changes and as a result there’s the usual questions about consulting spend. About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet.
