Any Capgemini employees here? I have a second round of interview scheduled this week for 'Lead Data Engineer' I would like to know what's the average pay for Lead Data Engineer in Capgemini my current CTC is 20.5L with all variables..Fixed is 16.2L though so how much can I ask during the interview if they ask what's my expectations...I don't want to low ball or over shoot
Hi fishes. I am currently based out of Delhi and am on my notice period and i have 2 offers from Citi pune (18.48 lpa base) and Paypal bangalore (20lpa base) for the role of data analyst. Any suggestions which offer to take? Heard about layoffs and hiring freeze in paypal. Also, 0 probation period in Citi where as 6 months of probation in paypal Yoe: 3 years Any suggestions?
1. Just ask yourself if this anxiety at that moment going to matter after 10days, 10months or 10years, if not it's not worth stressing.
2. Also remember about the same anxiety situations u faced in past. Is it matter for you now? Then the same anxiety won't matter in the future. So it's not worth spending time on it.
3. Just write everything down the moment anxiety hits you. Sometimes you just fall in anxiety loop. And when u write it down, it becomes easy to come out of it. Write possible solutions to that anxiety. Write everything that comes into ur mind at that moment.
4. Just go outside and see the world around you. Just 5-10 mins of walk outside may work
5. Call someone close to you and ask their whereabouts.
As of now try this, will add some more as I recall it.
I have anxiety symptomps since 5-6 yrs and taking medication regularly.
Visit to psychologist is best thing i ever did. They tell you many things that you can do to overcome it . Situations are different for each individual so psychologist can help as they deal with lot many different cases.
Don't wait till it reaches beyond control.
For me motivational videos , meditation and cbt helped a lot.
