I actually want to learn Kafka hands on . I have been a data engineer all my life, worked with big data, hive, spark ,Scala,python,AWS( all major analytics services),Azure(all analytics services) however got only a brief chance to work with Kafka / real time streaming projects.

Anyone here can teach me/let me know where/how I can get hands on on Kafka . I am willing to pay as well for learning. Also no udemy courses and all those are very basic.
