Hi! Interested in your feedback regarding recruiters (headhunter), specifically, them not getting back to you after going thru 3 rounds of interviews. This happened to my husband and crickets after the 3rd interview. First interview was with the recruiter, second with the hiring company HR manager and the third with the hiring managers (I believe there were 3 people on the video call). He’s moved on and found something elsewhere but this just seems so unprofessional.
