Once you start doing 14, you won’t feel any of those, you would feel accomplished, over the years you will be very successful. Success requires midnight oil burning, perseverance and mental endurance without feeling any of those you feeling today

Meditate. Take a few breaks. Get a good ergonomically setup. I walk during a zoom call usually 1X / day. Exercise and hydrate.
You can easily stretch it to 10-12. I get tired at 13+ on a recurring basis
The solution is to not work that hard.
