What does a portfolio start to look like when you transition from IC to management (in-house)? If you don’t have much of a hand in the work your direct reports produce, how is it portfolio material? I’m up for a promotion to Director/ACD. While I will still be doing a lot of design work, I’ve always kind of wondered this.

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

KM designation name change should be taken back. Just because you wanted to change the designation of fellows, you disturbed everyone's designations.

I am a 1.5 Y Associate. I lead workstreams in my team. Staffing team particularly mentions in the mail that there is a requirement of experienced/Sr Associate. But abtoh sab Sr associate hai🤣, even those freshly joined from college jinko hum hi sab sikhaate hai.
