Honestly, my limit was the Senate refusing to hear the Garland nomination. Taking away a fundamental substantive due process right is beyond the pale.

Again, BCG fails to understand the distinction between âcan Congress do thisâ and âshould Congress do this.â

I was conservative until the whole Garland exercise and the cult of Trump. This SCOTUS season reinforced it and I donât see myself ever voting R in my lifetime. Iâve always been a fervent believer of separation of church and state and that really seems like it was just completely thrown out by this court.

Itâs legitimate to refuse a candidate if you believe they wonât be impartial on the bench or you have doubts about their track record as a judge or their moral character. It is not legitimate to block a candidate because you think your guy has a chance of winning and you want him to appoint someone to life on the bench.

Iâm going to go out on a limb and say that supporting packing the court wonât be supported, but that impeachment would be
I need to do more reading - didnât know/forgot SCOTUS impeachments were possible.
Replace my question of âcourt packingâ with impeachment
