Trump has the opportunity to credit himself with healing the broken fabric that binds Americans. All he has to do is a concession speech and a call in it to unite our brothers and sisters. I’m a staunch conservative. The ruling that overturns Roe v Wade is neither rooted in history nor in originalist constitutional law. Just because a right is not explicitly enumerated doesnt mean that the government can infringe upon it - the 9th amendment of the bill of rights is quite clear on this. Further, British common law (from which our laws were drawn) has always held that life DOES NOT begin at conception. This court is making a mockery of our founders and originalist legal philosophy
