I went from small to big and I love it!! I feel like I'm learning more and able to specialize a bit rather than running around trying to be everyone for everyone
I've worked in both small start ups and companies as large as 11K , in my experience the smaller the company the broader your responsibilities and opportunities to get involved. Of course, the larger companies typically have resources and systems in place that make work more efficient but your scope typically becomes much narrower.
Agree with Proquest in that your scope is much narrower at larger corporations. However, moving from a small org, there is so much to learn from a larger corp. And vice versa, so much you can apply by going from a large corp to a small one.
Have you considered connecting with people on LinkedIn. Also, better to have your resume edited by a professional. Try www.prsnbranding. They do a great job with resumes.
