Kearney is definitely a step up. Better exit opps to S&O at large corporations / tech than you would before.

like

Agreed.

Go for it! They are a prestigious firm.

Ex-Cap here. I would go for it.

Definitely a steps up still! Manager at Cap is nothing.

Thanks guys - that helps! Is there anyone around here that has made a similar move? (Even from e.g. big 4 to Kearney)

Just had a talk with a senior member about my declining mental health and how to best navigate an exit. Response was “blah blah do these things for your next study” which is fine I guess because he wants to see my career here continue. How does help me in any way, we’re getting together in a circle of poor mental health and it’s going to solve everything? McKinsey & Company

Has anyone ever reported repeated micro-aggressions from a partner that were taking a toll on your mental health to HR or otherwise? If so, what approach did you take? Would doing it during an exit interview be a good idea? Or is it perhaps better to just leave the firm without saying anything to avoid burning bridges?
