Considering an exit, 3.5 YOE, base 150k, 10-20% bonus, and some equity as well (still waiting to hear back on %). This would be an exit from IBM to a smaller boutique. Current Comp: 95k, no bonus (its IBM), but would probably promote in next 6 months, which would be an 20-30% increase in base. Would this hurt long term career growth? What else should I consider?
