Deloitte, PWC, and accenture tend to do pretty similar implementations. If the pay is significantly better then I would make the jump.
Public sector vs private sector is the biggest distinction I have seen in the practice.

Based on your description it’s probably your best bet. Accenture and Deloitte are the large SIs in the work you said you want to do. Which means you’ll be able *potentially* get on some cool work or not lol
All kinds of projects from discovery/analysis, to implementation & maintenance. C&M is good for SFDC pros.

Work is good you would learn a lot.

I worked in Deloitte for 7 years moved out sometime back
Project could be both implementation or support/operate.

If part of consulting C&M expect complex full cycle opps transforming companies and processes. USDC or PDM depends on project. Some travel in consulting but not 100% more like 50 or less. GPS is more developer roles what I heard
