Can any current EY'ers advise on the following: 1) Unlimited PTO: I will be aiming for around 5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO in addition to the paid holidays and the summer and winter shutdowns (19 days). Is this feasible? 2) Any feedback on the 1Manhattan West office? Looks really nice and new. 3) Are you allowed to work from abroad occasionally? 4) Anything else I should know ( little-known perks / benefits / things that suck)

Expectation is to pitch in on other needs outside of these advisors, long hours. Last min I was told this isn’t a direct hire at first, but via a placement agency for 3-6 mo. “This is how we do things nowadays. We’ll see how it goes.” I’ve already had a launch call w/ the CU, they love me. The hourly rate seems pitiful. The agency benefits suck. What $ seems fair?

I am already exhausted 😅 there’s always something with these roles or the company.
