Considering an opportunity at UBS Switzerland for Senior Consultant role at their internal consulting arm. ~ 6 YoE total, of that 3.5Y in FO Trading, 2.5Y management consulting --> likely being promoted from L9 to L7 at end of year. What would be the salary range for this position? I am not sure, whether this falls under AD or D band?
Also, should I wait for the promotion, and leverage the new title for new opportunities?

Was raised to respect police. The hard stuff they see and dregs they deal with. Now, they lost me, a white middle class centrist family man. Always gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now that’s gone. They need to earn back my trust as a tax payer. I support fewer, smarter, better paid police officers. Too many weak and dim people swell the ranks, and their voice is a powerful authority able to command me. I trust a marine, I trust services members. I don’t trust police, I should.
