Curious to find out also but would a bank be ok selling to an LLC? I’ve heard rich folks set up a trust that owns the property but it is generally paid off property without a mortgage. Is that what you are planning to do or do you need a mortgage?

Then look up trust options, that’s what I have heard protects your asset from creditors.

Someone pls educate me on 401ks! If I earn 80k and my employer does a dollar for dollar match up to 3% of my contribution and then 50 cents on the dollar match for the next 2% I contribute, would the breakdown look like this:

3% employee contribution: 2400
2% employee contribution: 1600

I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? I have enough for 20% down and I qualify for a traditional mortgage but my dad suggested he lend me the full cash to make the sale that way I have more negotiating room and can close faster.
