Is Trinity trying to avoid some bonus payouts next year? New policy states that ~10% of bonus will be docked the 3rd time you miss timesheet submissions. Seems like managers have a second task for project plans- with an additional reduction of bonus for 3+ misses

I’m looking to transition to industry but I see a lot of SM positions require 5+ years of experience. I’m guessing that’s not a hard line since I’ve heard that 5+ years of consulting experience could land an AD position but wanted to confirm with a random internet post :D. I have 1.5 YoE with a PhD…is that realistic for SM, and do biotechs / pharma care a lot about YoE?
