NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Not worth it man. You already have the knowledge, credential and pretty solid work experience here at EY. I’d focus on networking towards my dream job. Use networking to take you where you want. You already have a masters and a CPA. Seems overkill unless you want to seriously prepare for C-Suite. Which you can do later in your career.
It’s worth it if you want to transition out of accounting into strategy or HF. Our experience doesn’t count for too much when applying to those jobs if you were audit/tax/AAS.
It depends on what you’re looking to do. If you’re trying to stay in accounting, no need for a top15 MBA. However, many Big4 accountants go to top schools with the intent of transitioning into an investment banking or consulting type role, which a top tier MBA will definitely assist in doing. The return long term on that career path is worth the investment of time (2 years) and money (lots), but only if you’re looking to shift careers, imo.
