Hello group,
I have done salary research on a position I am applying for with Amazon IT Support Engineer II (L5), but wanted some feedback from experienced individuals or Amazonians on what salary I should expect?
I have 17 years of experience in IT and Cyber Security.
The salary average results I find through online are estimated $122k TC. Glassdoor.com being the example gives the more likely range of $29k - $526K TC.
What are your thoughts?
Being interviewed for an SBA at Kearney but I strongly believe (along with many current and ex-Kearney folx in my network) that I should be interviewed for an associate role.
Upon receiving an offer, is it possible to negotiate an expedited promotion cycle/review as part of my contract? And by how much? Is 3-6 months something I can do?
HR is ignoring my emails/ghosting me, as usual.

You can only make the choice that’s right for you, but you’ll never regret spending more time with your kids at the end of your life
Thank you for sharing this. You're right, I definitely think my son is my priority. I'll keep this in mind when choosing my next career step ❤️
